Delivery is made with Postnord, when the shipment has left our warehouse, a delivery confirmation and tracking link will be sent to your email.

You have 14 days to cancel/return from the date you received the shipment.

You will receive your money back as soon as we have received the item back and have had the opportunity to examine it.

In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal/return, the item must be complete, unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for ensuring that the product is well packaged.

Please note that you do not have the right to cancel/return an item that was manufactured according to your instructions, for example, is not in the original range or has been given a clear personal touch.
