We work according to a creative process developed over many years when we develop new crafts. Then we redo and learn from what works well and what is best done differently. Then we redo again and harmonize ideas with what is practically feasible and work out the tool, necklace or garment.

A manual process.
All our products are produced through a series of artisanal methods that ultimately result in a finished product. In the picture you see cut leather being "bathed" before being stretched and "split" and then hung to dry before moving on to finally becoming part of a tool.
You soak, "bath", the leather before you "pull" it out, in order to stretch it as effectively as possible. Getting the leather as stretched as possible before starting the braiding is crucial for both the quality and aesthetics of the tool.
